Cade Crowder

Senior Project Director

I’ve spent more than fifteen years in construction, plumbing, and project management—though if you count the days I spent hauling pipe for my family’s plumbing business at age ten, it feels more like a lifetime. (Central Texas heat builds character. And forearms.) My family’s company has been a staple around here for over 35 years, so I learned early on that the gap between “good enough” and “great” is all in the details: keeping a job site cleaner than your own kitchen, pitching in even when it’s not “your” job, and never cutting corners—unless you’re actually cutting tile, in which case you’d better measure twice.

Since then, I’ve worn a lot of hats: I’ve done commercial and high-end residential plumbing through college, worked in excavation and underground utilities, and managed projects for custom home builders in Austin and San Antonio. I picked up a degree in Communication (with minors in Public Relations and Spanish), and turned an internship into a full-time gig in custom homebuilding. That path eventually led me to start my own construction and consulting company, which I ran for eight years before joining the phenomenal crew here at Superb.

I approach every job with a full-picture mindset. I’m not just ticking boxes or chasing deadlines—I’m making sure the whole build will stand the test of time, and that every trade walks away proud of the result. Excellence isn’t a one-off; it’s a habit, built detail by detail, project by project.

And when I’m not wrangling subcontractors or double-checking specs, I’m at home with my incredible wife and our brand new twins. She somehow manages the chaos all week while I do what I love at Superb, and then I try to keep up with everyone on weekends. Turns out, building homes is simple—raising twins, now that’s the real project management.
